This facility applies a Zinc rich micro layered corrosion paint system to a variety of manufactured steel stampings, machined and cold formed parts.

Tech Coat Inc. was formed in 2005 as a satellite expansion plant of Torcad Limited. Torcad Limited is a member of The Court Group of Companies Ltd. and is a general electroplate coating applicator in Southern Ontario, Canada. The Court Group and Torcad Limited had a small Dip Spin Application line that required modernization and upsizing.

Tech Coat Inc. offer the services of a fully automated paint line that applies a zinc rich micro layered baked on paint. Tech Coat Inc. utilizes a closed loop non hazardous slurry blast machine which very accurately cleans and activates the surface of the parts prior to painting. This technology can and is replacing phosphating as a method of cleaning and pre-treating parts.
