We have lived in Sage Creek for a little over a year. On the one year anniversary, Simone from Freeport reached out to arrange our deficiency inspection of our home. We only had a few issues including some corner cracks caused by construction in the new neighbourhood. We also had a couple of planks of the luxury vinyl that needed adjusting. Those problems were addressed and corrected within the next day. This included repainting in the corners and adjusting the front door which James pointed out needed to be looked at because it wouldn't close without slamming. We also thought our AC wasn't working

I apologize for the late review, it has been a very busy time. We met our Realtor (Maria) September 1, 2019 in Oliver from Langley to look at homes for sale. Maria decided to take us to OK Falls to look at property. Well, the moment we drove into Peach Cliff Estates, we knew this beautiful new subdivision was for us. Wayne & myself signed all our paperwork on October 26, 2019 and picked out the type of home we had dreamed of, from the Interior to the colors of the Exterior. We then needed to sell our home in Langley, (which was March 2020 and the new buyers gave us until the middle of July) and

I have a modular commercial building constructed by Freeport Industries. I had an issue with a leak in the roof but the warranty had expired. I called Freeport to enquire what my options were.
The team was very responsive, came out to inspect the issue and promptly scheduled a service call to make the necessary repairs.
In my opinion, this is quality customer service at its best. I would contact Freeport first in my next purchase and would highly recommend them to others.
Well done Freeport Industries!

Never get this company to build you a home. They build homes for Retire West which is owned by the father of Todd Venier who owns Freeport. They don't finish the home when you move in and takes them over a year to finish. They use sub trades for lot of the work and the workmanship is not good. When trying to contact someone about your home it is next to impossible to reach someone. Our only contact is Freeport and they don't seem to care about getting the homes done.
It's been well over a year now and there are some items that are still not done. These are small issues but they still don't care

In January 2018 our beautiful Freeport home was delivered. It is beautiful, we absolutely love it.
Freeport was a delight to deal with. Everyone from front office to sales to engineering and set up.
We did have a few minor problems, as with any newly built home. They promptly took care of them. We had a wonderful experience dealing with such a professional company.
When people view our home they can’t believe the quality and how well the available space has been used utilized. It was also great that Freeport had a great team to put our home together. They were very professional, courteous

We had a home built in Sage Creek, Westbank, BC. Completion was delayed 4 times From July 6/17 to August 18/17. When we finally moved in, it was still not complete with numerous deficiencies. Freeport has no idea about "customer service". We still have numerous deficiencies outstanding despite numerous complaints. They demand ALL funds up front, then don't seem to care anymore. On a scale of 1-10, I would give them a minus 2. I would never have a home built by Freeport again.
