I broke the remote on my Sanyo massage chair. Two months ago. I searched the net. Couldn’t find parts. Or any one that could fix it. With out the remote, the chair would not work. I came across a Facebook add. I’m alway skeptical about those adds. But I saw it was a local company. Message them. They said bring it in. 3 days later … and a reasonable fee. My chair works again.

I took my phone in to get the screen replaced and before I took it to this the screen was still working but after taking it to techbox, the screen no longer works. The first time screen I got on the phone was not even connected properly and was falling off, so I took it back and they replaced it for free. But when I received the second screen, it still did not work so I called them back and they said they would call me before they would replace the screen but did not and made me pay for the repair again when it did not work. They ended up doing more damage to my phone than repair it. Unprofessional

Went with problem to this place. Told to come at end of day to pick up. Went there. Phone not working. Poor communication about what had and had not been done. Told to come back next day after opening of store. Go there not ready. Told to come back 1.5 hrs. Went back. Told phone not fixable. Screw missing and grudgingly replaced with another after saying that it must have come with only 1. Paid diagnostic fee for this.
Took phone to another place. Told camera cable not operative. Replaced and phone works fine. Went back to let them know problem. Tech mumbled something about how he replaced it
