Services
At AAA Wellness and Rehab Inc. we focus on helping treat individuals of all ages with physical problems caused by illness, accident, repetitive straining, and aging. We have a number of physiotherapy modalities i.e. TENs, Ultrasound, Low Intensity Laser Therapy - LILT : Low Level Laser Therapy - LLLT, Traction, Hot packs, Hydrotherapy available to patients to meet their unique, individual patient needs.
Our Chiropractic Staff are specially trained professionals that are focused on the treatment of a multitude of dysfunction and disorders throughout the muscles, soft tissues, joints, ligaments and viscera and is safe for all ages. Our Chiropractic team focus on the soft tissues and joints to restore function with an ideal level of movement free from abnormal restriction and associated pain.
Massage therapy has been proven to be beneficial both the body and the muscle. Massage is a non- invasive soft tissue treatment which is beneficial the fascia of muscles. Massage therapy has been around for thousands of years, massage is helpful for both the mind and the body. Our Registered Massage Therapists have a minimum of 5 years of experience, this is to ensure they are knowledgeable and confident in their treatment.
Naturopathic medicine is a comprehensive approach to improving your health that includes clinical nutrition, botanical medicine, Traditional Chinese Medicine, acupuncture, and environmental and physical medicine among others. Naturopathic physicians will diagnose and treat your condition by using all-natural therapies.
Orthotics are non-invasive corrective devices which help correct some knee, foot, and ankle issues. These devices are custom made to meet each individuals' health concerns uniquely. At AAA Wellness and Rehab, our physiotherapy team will assess, fit and create custom orthotics for patients on an individual basis.

This is the first time in a long while I've found hope in getting better. From the first day, I could tell everyone there is treatment-minded. Most of the medical professionals I've visited have just aimed for pain management and learning to cope or adjust my life. Shout out to Cynthia for being so approachable and genuinely caring about her clients. She always asks me how I'm doing before and after and updates me about next steps.

There place were clean and comfortable. They follow covid-19 protocol as well. Cindy and the whole team were very accommodating, friendly and professional. I am extremely satisfied with all of the services here. I have received massage therapy, chiropractor services and physiotherapy. Cynthia has made it so easy to book appointments with her kind and patient customer service skills. The massage therapy, chiropractor services and physiotherapy sessions have really helped me with my upper back/neck pain due to constantly being on a computer. I really am so thankful for AAA wellness. I highly recommend their services.

Such a welcoming, friendly environment from your first contact with the lovely receptionist, Cynthia! Highly recommend seeing Dr. Shironika for chiropractor care! The staff and environment here are absolutely amazing! The AAA Wellness and Rehab team could not be recommended more highly. The staff here are genuinely interested in your wellbeing and make you feel at home from the moment you walk in. I have been seeing Dr. Shironika for chiropractic and acupuncture treatments and there has been a decrease in my cluster headaches and tension in my neck and lower back! She is incredible. Above all, I am so impressed with her amazing dedication to providing caring support to all of her patients. Highly recommend!!

I was in a car accident earlier this year. Cynthia, Rhoda, and their team are absolutely fabulous. Rhoda’s treatments have helped me exponentially in my recovery and Cynthia has done a wonderful job managing my file. Great, quality service. The clinic is extremely clean and well maintained. Cindy and Dr. Shironika are absolutely amazing! They are very through with not only my chiropractic treatment, but also their COVID protocols. I felt very safe from the moment I stepped into the office until I left. Dr. Shironika is very knowledgeable and takes her time to provide the most accurate assessment. I absolutely love the staff and the services they provided for me. My sister recommended this place to me and I've already booked my second appointment. The staff are very kind and the chiropractor that was adjusting me, was awesome. She explained everything thoroughly by using a model of a spine and made me feel like I was in good hands. Definitely a 5/5 and would recommend to anyone!
