Absolutely excellent service! Competitive prices. The staff was very friendly and helpful even sending me pictures just to make sure I was getting the exact item I was looking for. Payment was easy over the phone and within minutes I received an email with the statement showing payment and they let me know my item was being being prepped for shipment. Even followed up when the courier picked up the item on the same day! 2 days later I had my parcel and found my item was very nicely wrapped and protected for safe shipment. Nicely done! I was disappointed in the quality of service and product. I had great service up until we left with our rental. We rented the bluetooth wireless speakers and microphone for our wedding and the battery could not hold a charge so they were useless for our ceremony that a car needed to be in the ceremony location so we could at least have music. The microphone cracked every 5 minutes and we were told it was to people having their cellphone on, wish i would have been informed of this. I have rented many speakers and microphones in my hometown and this had never happened. At the reception the wireless
