Chris Sellner had been an avid boater for his whole life and had bought and sold numerous boats through his enjoyment of the boating lifestyle but was always troubled by the fact that not enough boat dealers were true boaters themselves and didn't truly understand what a boater was looking for when it came time to purchase a new boat or a pre-owned boat, get boat service work done or even purchase simple boat accessories.

Dealing with Dan for the purchase of a trailer for my 27' Doral was very stress free. Dan is fair and honourable. JamieLee in service is very knowledgable and easy to deal with. The service department caught a leaking outdrive seal before it cause more problems. I believe that C.A.S. Marine is a company I can trust.

I've been dealing with the CAS team for a number of years now, for maintenance, boat storage and repairs. It has been top notch. I rarely write reviews, but the experience I had here was horrible. I was having trouble with my evinrude motor, I called and asked to set up an appointment and I asked if they service evinrude’s, they said yes. Once they had a chance to look at the motor I got a call saying they do not have evinrude software and cannot scan the motor for issues, but they thought I was the fuel injectors. They asked if I would with to go through with it even without plugging the motor into the computer. I said yes because they had already begun to look at the motor. I should have been told before they even took

I have an older Suzuki outboard that I have ordered parts for a couple of times. I have been impressed with the help from the parts department in all of my interactions. I'm not super knowledgeable around these motors and they were quite informative helping make sure I purchased what I would need to do the work.

I am a first time boat owner after buying a used boat. I contacted C.A S Marine informing them that I want to use them for all the service and seasonal preparations on my boat. I brought the boat in for the first time and asked them to go over it thoroughly. They came back with a report with recommended repairs. I gave the OK for everything except a few minor things, (new speakers, windshield wiper and some bubbled gel on the finish). Thought it strange that they quoted 2 wipers when I only have one. They said that they would have the work done in 2 weeks , got my boat back in 4 weeks. Had the

Fantastic service. JamieLee as a service advisor is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and very thorough. Booking online for drop off and pick up was easy. Quote was accurate, shop rate is fair and they went the extra mile to meet my time-frame for pick up. I have a 10yr old Merc outboard and their trained technicians isolated the problem easily after my muskoka cottage marina could not (twice). They kept me informed throughout the process. I will be trailering home to CAS for service from now on. Thank you for getting me back on the water quickly! I will certainly recommend to all my boating buds

They are over priced and the service isn't worth the cost recently they installed a pair of outdrive hydraulic rams they told me the hydraulic pump need to be replaced cost $1,080.00 plus labor I was able to buy a new pump for $600.00 also the hydraulic ram they installed failed one jammed and snapped the end off my outdrive. CAS excepted "NO" responsibility for the failure and wouldn't even refund what they charged me to install the defective parts. I've replaced the outdrive and new RAMS all works perfectly

I bought my first boat for my family and me. It needed some engine work so I brought my boat to CAS for service. The man I spoke with was extremely disrespectful and said "I'm not even gonna touch it, I know someone who might but I wont!" then proceeded to scoff at the boat in a pretentious manner.
So much for one stop shop!
If you don't have $20,000 plus to spend on a new boat, just save yourself the humiliation and find a real shop that puts the customer first.
This place is five minutes from my house and I would rather drive two hours away to be treated like I matter.

I purchased a used 23-foot waterski tow boat last fall. I paid CAS Marine to inspect it then service it after I purchased it. I used it for a short while then brought it to them to service and winterize it. When I launched it last Saturday it began to slowly sink.
I took it back to them and they found a split hose in the cooling system and emailed me an invoice for replacing it. When I asked if wasn't the point of winterizing to avoid exactly this problem, the response was that winterizing doesn't help old hoses. When I pointed out that eoven I could tell an old hose that needed replacement
