A few years ago I bought a Jeep from this dealership. Travelled from Calgary in a rental with my 4 year old daughter to get it. Very rude salesman took no time with me since it was a guaranteed sale and then gave me the vehicle on an empty tank of gas. Horrible service and I still talk about it whenever I’m in another dealership and they say they ALWAYS fill the tank and explain the vehicle features. I’ll try to find the salesman’s name too.

It was an absolute pleasure buying a vehicle from D&D. Mitch and Rebecca were friendly and helpful. They both went out of their way to help me. Rebecca worked hard to secure the lowest finance rate she could find and Mitch went out of his way to get some warranty work completed on the vehicle before delivery. It was a long drive, but definitely worth it. I wouldn’t hesitate about buying from them again.

The experience was easy with no pressure , no up selling the vehicle pricing and trade in value is in line with everything I had researched. Bob in sales was really good and accommodating , Rebecca in finance was extremely knowable very smart and knows how to do her job . We will be buying all of our vehicles here moving forward .

I would also give a zero star review if it was possible. My wife and I purchased a 2015 GMC pick up from them in August , since then we have put 20k kms on it. This has been the WORST experience in a vehicle purchase we have ever had. During the financing we were forced by the dealership to purchase their in house warranty coverage (even though the factory coverage would outlast the term of their coverage ......... ??????) Since then the vehicle has spent more time in the local GMC dealer than on the road and to our surprise the vehicle has a total warranty block !!! No reason given as the dealer

I just bought a truck from D&D week or so ago. Justine was super to work with. As i live in the NWT viewing the truck and meetig the team would have been difficult.
They provided photos and videos at every request. Which made it much easier to make a decision.
I had a trade in as well. They gave me competitive value and very understanding of my travel to make the sale.
I asked for a piece of mind inspection to be done from Ram before i got there and they had it in and out of the garage in a day.
After 16 hours of driving i picked up my new truck and off i went.
I would consider buying my next

Over the last eight years and have had great success
Ive utilized there leasing options for companies as well as purchase new and used vehicles
As everyone knows sometimes when you purchase a used vehicle with 200,000 km on it or 10 years old you're bound to have some issues over time
Being that I rely on these vehicles for my company D&D has always taking care of us with fair pricing on repairs as well as the use of a replacement vehicles
They stand behind there products
they're very prompt ,courteous and accommodating

I rented a truck from D&D Sales to use for a month while I was working in a very remote area. Later I went to open the tailgate and it wouldn't open. I called D&D and spoke to the sales manager, he asked me to come in but I said I was already 2 hours away from their shop and on my way to work in Northern Alberta. I said that it was annoying but I would just have to carefully lift stuff into the box. At least it was jammed in the closed position! He agreed and I continued on my way.
