Rude chap at the front desk
Family business would run alot better without the old father at the front desk.
He starts by telling me how smart he is.
That he was a road scholar.
Lol
So if your looking to talk with someone who has had everything handed to them and hasn't done an upgrade on his building in 100 years.

Product received is not what was promised on contract. Would cost me more to sue them then to just pay someone else to install what was promised. Calls are never returned, no follow up, delays are common, and they don’t own up to damage caused by their workers.
They are however very good at taking payments.
Would not recommend

Absolutely awful customer service. Went in to ask a simple question and the person that was at the front desk was so rude. Can't believe the answer I received.
