The office staff are always courteous and helpful. The office runs on time - I don't ever recall waiting. The doctors are professional, and if I've had a problem that required more attention I was always referred. ALL staff are knowledgeable, friends and have time to make sure you understand your issues and how they will help you.
I give this office and staff with an extra star rating to Dr Rosati who oversees my ophthalmic care with great expertise. Stuck to the appointment time which was great. Process during appointment was smooth and the staff were helpful with helping me choose my frames! Eye smile is a very pleasure place, from the doctors to the assistance to the staff at the front desk!

Annual eye exams are vital to maintaining your vision and overall health. We offer Digital Retinal Imaging as an important part of our eye exams. The images produced are as unique as you fingerprint and provides us with a wide view to look at the health of your retina. The retina is the part of your eye that captures the image of what you are looking at, similar to film in a camera.
A visual field test is a method of measuring an individual's entire scope of vision, that is their central and peripheral (side) vision. Visual field testing actually maps the visual fields of each eye individually. The visual field test is a subjective examination, requiring the patient to understand the testing instructions, fully cooperate, and complete the entire test in order to provide useful information.

I had an excellent experience with EyeSmile Dental Surgery! My son broke his top 2 front teeth on the 10th Sept and EyeSmile could not have been more helpful. The incident happened in the evening and I reached out to EyeSmile who were superb! Dr Nancy Morgan and Anne (her assistant) were brilliant. My son is 9 and the experience of breaking his teeth wasn't pleasant but Dr Morgan was very kind, explained everything to us and did a brilliant job - they look great. Anne was incredibly pleasant and helpful and kind too. Both stayed late into the evening to do this for us and we are very grateful!

Great experience once we're at the Dentist. Team are always efficient, professional and provide a wonderful service.
Text and email Reminders are great but booking an appointment can be a little tedious hence the 3 stars. Think you have new front of house team who seem more competent than the last staff members. Basically make booking appts easier - maybe an online tool so we can manage it ourselves?

Customer for over 6 years, I like Eye Smile as they always accommodate emergency appointments, are open late on Wednesdays and open Saturdays, handy for people working full time. Customer service and reception staff are great and so is Dr. Neeru. She explains everything nicely, doesn't rush the appointment and calms nerves if you are scared of dental treatments like me!!!
Recently she did a very tricky tooth extraction for me (9 of 10 on complexity). Despite being on holiday, she (and the staff) checked upon me regularly, called me in for a (free) review just to check the healing was ok and I

I have been going to Eye Smile for a number of years now.
They have really improved my dental health and my teeth are much whiter and so much cleaner.
So these last 2 years I have not needed any work or fillings.
The service is always great from the reception to the chair and they are always on the ball. They have been very careful with full protection and hygiene during the pandemic.
We always have some friendly banter, which means its a nice relaxed atmosphere. Keep up the good work guys !

Today I saw Dr Nancy Morgan at Eye Smile for a root canal treatment. Having never had any treatments before now, I was very anxious about having this done. Nancy was not only gentle and kind, she was fantastic at making me feel calm throughout the whole procedure, and each step was explained. I would also like to mention Nancy’s nurse, Olivia, who was amazing at making sure I was feeling comfortable throughout. For a procedure that has a reputation of being painful, I found my treatment painless at Eye Smile. Thank you so much! 🌟❤️

I was down in LaSalle for work when my prescription sunglasses fell apart on a sunny day. Being 3 hours from home, I stopped at this location as they happened to be in the same plaza as a client of mine. Much to my appreciation, they had me fixed up and back on the road within 5 minutes. Sometimes it's the little things that count.
