If I could give them 10 *'s I would. We had an issue with our motorhome tire in Ontario just before crossing the border into Manitoba. It must have been divine intervention that led us to the Shell/Falcon Beach Auto Service and Towing. Gloria and Manny are Rock Stars. The service that Manny provided turned what could have a been very unpleasant situation into a repair that had us back on the road in like 20 mins. I can't thank him enough for fitting us in immediately. Service like this these days is rare and the Shell/Falcon Beach Auto deserves to be recognized!! Jeff

Saved my bacon in NW Ontario, was hauling a load of pigs and had an engine fail. They sent me two trucks quickly to haul my truck and precious cargo to safety as were stranded. Would recommend these guys for any of your towing needs!

They're a scam. Pretended to be mechanics while in reality they're only emergency fuel vendors. The boy Nath wasted 4 good hours of my time. I had to tow my truck to Winnipeg AFTER paying $700 for a job that wasn't done.
My fuel gelled up, that was the problem before they compounded it for me.

We were totally stranded late at night 70 kilometres from Falcon Lake with all our supplies for a summer on Lake of the Woods. Falcon towing responded immediately to our distress call and communicated with us all the way to pick up. Manny was reassuring, incredibly efficient at getting our vehicle loaded securely and made us feel in good hands after our stressful breakdown. With his mechanical experience, he actually pinned down the problem with the front bearings ..... which gave us much relief it was not the transmission!! My truck shut down at Ontario/Manitoba border early morning and the roads were very bad ( a lot of snow) I called falcon beach spoke to dan , show up At the right moment ASAP ! He have a lot of patience cuzz it was hard for me to find a repair shop who works with Mack and I can park my trailer loaded so we finally went to Mack Winnipeg . I had a great service by DAN I wasn’t rushed or felt any pressure from him even he had a client waiting on him he let me search ,go ,and see till i decide to go Mack ...
