We use fewer machines and treat our patients as a whole using the ConnectTherapy approach. At Physionorth, we believe that you should be able to live your best life, which is why we have a team of professionals dedicated to helping you achieve your goals and live without pain.

At Physionorth our treatment approach is quite different to other Physiotherapy clinics, we use fewer machines and treat our patients as a whole using the ConnectTherapy approach. Our standard appointment times are longer because our treatment approach takes more care and thought. This attention and consideration get results.

Musculoskeletal Physiotherapists are health care professionals who focus on prevention, assessment and treatment of muscle, bone and joint problems. Physiotherapy can help repair damage by speeding up the healing process and reducing pain and stiffness. A physiotherapist will not only treat your condition, but also look at why your injury occurred and help you prevent it happening again in the future.
ConnectTherapy is a treatment model that emphasises the connections between different parts of the body and between the body and mind. It also explores the physical, social and emotional connections that are part of being human. We all tend to notice symptoms like a stiff neck, sore shoulder or painful knee.
Dry Needling has gained popularity with Physiotherapists and Remedial Massage Therapists in recent years as an adjunct therapy, to help ease pain and release muscle tension. Dry Needling involves inserting an acupuncture needle into a trigger point (an area of contracted muscle or knot) to release the muscle.

Definitely an amazing physio! Highly recommend seeing Casey to help with any aches and pains. Honestly she has really helped me with TMJ issues, beck and back stiffness and preventative care. She has a holistic awareness of your body’s needs and definitely goes absolve and beyond!!!

Cheyann may be small but she is STRONG. Had a remedial for a super stiff neck. Worked wonders for me and gained a heap of mobility back after one session. :)

I was fortunate enough to have a hot stone massage at Physionorth and the masseuse, Magda, was amazing. It was my first experience having a hot stone massage. The hour went so quickly and I was so relaxed after, that I will be returning for another soon.

Carissa at Physionorth has great experience with remedial and sports massage. With direct liaison between the physio and therapist on the issue, it makes for a seamless experience. Very professional, listens to what the issue is and works to sort out the problem. Her technique delivers on fixing the sore muscle. Well worth the timeout for a wellbeing check up.

Magda is a huge asset to the Physio North team. I have been a client of Magda's for a number of years following her from another practice. She is very intuitive and great at dealing with injuries. I have referred a number of people to her who have become clients, equally impressed by her high skill level as a therapist. I can't recommend her highly enough for remedial or deep tissue.

I went in 2 different place to have some remedial massage and fix my back, without resolve the problem. Then I took some massage with Natasha and my condition improved a lot! I can only speak highly of her, the only negative side ( but depend on my work hours) is the availability concentrate on the week end. I wish in future to be able to book even on weeks day in the early morning.
