Like give a big shout out to Sydney and Josh for doing a great job in fixing our shower leak . I thought it was going to be a worn out cartridge but they took the time to showed my wife that the brass was rotting out which was the source of the leak. They quickly replaced the piping and voila almost a month later still no leak !!

We are grateful to Black Forest Plumbing for their quick response today to repair the drain from our kitchen sink that was leaking into the basement. Cameron Baird was professional and personable throughout the repair process. He communicated in a clear and transparent manner showing us what needed to be done and explaining his process. He worked efficiently to complete the repair and checked his work several times to ensure that everything was working well before finishing up. Our kitchen sink backed up one Sunday night. We called them that night and even offered an urgent off hours service, but we didn't need it.
They came the next morning, explained clearly what they needed to do and in no time they had fixed the problem.

We recently were in desperate need of having a leak in our laundry area assessed ASAP, and called Black Forest Plumbing to take a look. They sent someone over far sooner than anticipated (which was a real bonus) - and Sidney, the plumber assigned to us, was phenomenal. He was super knowledgeable, thorough and efficient, and he left us feeling very content and satisfied with the work completed. We would definitely use them again!

Needed to have a outside tap replaced. Jeff came earlier than expected, inspected the job and was upfront with the cost to replace the tap.
I found Jeff to be personable, knowledgeable and committed to doing an outstanding job.
I would definitely use Black Forest Plumbing again especially if all of their plumbers are like Jeff.
