Called to get a tow truck and was told there would be a wait time of a little over an hour. Apparently I would also receive a call 15-20 minutes before the truck arrived at my location, the truck never did arrive after three hours of waiting and I never did receive a call from them. Ended up going with a different company. After seeing some other reviews here seems like this isn't completely uncommon for this group.

Roadside Assistance connected me with Tulk Towing when I found my car in trouble and unable to start. Excellent, speedy service - even better than the Roadside time estimate (by more than half an hour!). From phone call to pick up of my vehicle, mere 40 minutes. Friendly greeting. Hope I'll never need to call again, but if I do, I know where to go! Thank you!

Absolutely Horrible service! I was confused about what they required to get the car towed due to a previous failed attempt in which they slightly damaged my car. During a nice friendly conversation on my end when I called to clarify it, instead of providing a clear explanation and direction, the lady who answered the phone was rude, disrespectful and said they were not interested in the job and hung up on me. Please take your business elsewhere and spend your money at a towing service that know how to treat customers well.

One night last week I made 2 phone calls to Tulk Towing and left 1 message. My message was never returned. I was stranded on the side of the road after hitting a very bad pothole and my phone was nearly dead. I used what little battery life my phone had to call a family member and they came to my rescue. Full Towing never did return my call or follow up on my message. I will absolutely never ever use this towing service again if i ever run into trouble and need a tow truck.
