We did a photo shoot with Natalie in August, me, my husband and three border collies. Natalie was so accommodating in meeting us in West Kelowna and trekking to one of our favorite hiking locations. She did a great job getting and keeping the dogs' attention, especially Kady, to get their ears all perked up! Natalie offered superior customer… service through the entire process from having to reschedule the appointment (too hot!), to communication after the session with choosing photos for portraits with all the details to follow up even after delivery. We are looking forward to our next
