Jean Oliver took on my case. It was a long battle and she was there every step of the way. She kept in constant contact with me, answered all my questions. I had an acute inhalation injury from construction dust and toxic mold at my workplace during an office demolition. The highly respected Ms. Francis Zinger took on the case and upon retirement transferred it to Ms. Justine Lee, who did an excellent job of carrying the case through to completion. Due to the pandemic, we never got to meet Christine Felix in person. However she was excellent to work with via phone and email. She is quick to respond, pleasant, and professional. She took our case despite me contacting her with only a few months left to file a statement of claim. She explained all the issues clearly and laid out the options for us. She let us know which options she thought were most favorable to us and ultimately let us decide.
