Warm softening foot soak, nail shaping, cuticle conditioning, mint scrub, callus treatment, relaxing foot massage, steam towel wrap and finished off with your choice of color.
Toenails trimming, shaping, cuticle care and buffing, sugar scrub to exfoliate dead cells from the skin, and callus removal. This is followed by a soothing massage, a moisture foot mask followed by a hot towel wrap. The heat from the stones helps muscles relax, provide pain relief, and improved circulation.

Not professional, not clear answer to the questions asked. For a person who very rarely does manicure, I am not aware of what is covered under service so details are important, so please specify it. Disappointed with the service and professionalism. The manicurist was also not aware of the pressure she was applying on my nails cuzing it to bleed. Didn’t like the result and waste of time. Never visiting again.

I came here with no appointment to get my first ever set of gel extensions. They sat me right away, and the lovely gentleman who helped me was very professional and very precise. He didn’t rush and he made sure every detail was perfect!! Great experience, will definitely be back here in the future. :)

The place itself is very nice and the staff friendly. Unfortunately it was the worst dip manicure I’ve ever had. My cuticles were cut several times with the buffer and during filing. The color i picked came out multi colored and patchy on my nails. Not sure if this was due to cheap or old product. My cuticles were so red, and painful the next day. Looks like they will take a while to heal. Will never return here!

Extremely unhappy with my acrylic nails, the lady did them so bulky and thick, she hurt my fingers several time I had to peel the skin under my nail from the tip because she used too much clue and pressure that my under nail skin was stuck for 2 days. I paid almost around 80 for this work that looks horrible. I’ve been there before for shellac with another employee and they did a fine job. I’m extremely unhappy as I don’t do my nails often and this was for my birthday. I also had asked for a manicure acrylic nail and they didn’t even manicure my nails before applying the acrylic.

I use to go to Nice One Nails, I always had a great experience. I recently went to GIOIA expecting the same service. They must have new staff. The nail tech didn't talk to me, or ask how I wanted my nails shaped. I told her I like my nails filed "straight" and she didn't do that. I figured she didn't understand what I was staying. I felt rushed, getting a shellac mani and there was 2 customers before I had arrived getting the same service as me and I left before them. My nails were bumpy and and uneven. She had me put both my hands in one UV light machine and they hardly fit. I'm really not impressed
