It was an amazing thing when they first discovered this place, where cars appear to roll uphill. Back in the 1920s, the woman who used to live in this lovely old home was instrumental in making Magnetic Hill famous. Muriel Lutes Sikorski had good business sense. In the 1930s, she ran a tourist home here and sold ice cream from a little shanty at the end of the driveway, creating a million-dollar business.
If Muriel Lutes Sikorski could see Magnetic Hill today, she would be mightily impressed with the tourism attraction that it's become and with the fine Bed & Breakfast that used to be her home. Dale says, I think we've got just about the best location in the Moncton area for a B & B. We have all the amenities without the noise of the city.

I highly recommend staying with Dale Lutes at his little piece of heaven nestled on the mountain overlooking Magnetic Hill. Not to be confused with the Winery down the road. Dale is the charming host of the Magnetic Hill B&B, offering a warm, comfortable, clean, friendly, family environment rich with stories and local history; a perfect spot to spend a few days. The location is an ideal home base for our family trips to Shediac, Hopewell Rocks, etc. His cooking is scrumptious, healthy & fills you up for the day: Fresh Scones or Cinnamon Rolls; Fresh Fruit and yogurt; plenty of juice, milk and high
