Tekworks provides excellent on site and remote support to our large university biomedical research lab. They are able to support our state of the art IT equipment as well as our old obsolete scientific equipment and help personnel with all of their individual computer needs. They are familiar with specific scientific software programs in addition to all of the standard PC and server software programs. Being in the medical profession field I have found Gary and his entire team at Tekworks to be the best IT support team who is always ready to help over a above the "call of duty". Especially with these difficult times due to Covid, and working remotely from home, they are extremely discrete and caring about patient confidentiality. Gary and his Team have been my go to IT support for personal and professional help for the past 15 years. He has always been extremely helpful and professional.
