We had new window shades and valances installed in our living room, dining room and kitchen. We are VERY pleased. We took advantage of their 50% sale and the free cordless version. During this pandemic, the
wait wasn't unreasonable. Installer, Kevin, was excellent, on time, covid conscious, of course, with mask, etc. We highly recommend Paul's Painting for window coverings.

Love the service from the whole gang at Paul's Paintin place! Our company has been going to Paul's daily for many years and have always had exceptional service and loyalty. Paul always makes sure we are happy with products, pricing and service, Carl does the best colour matches and has impeccable knowledge on products and Pete also has great knowledge on products and is there early every morning with a smile on his face and our products mixed and ready to go! And of course Angela is always happy and eager to help us with any questions we have and provides punctual service with a smile and a laugh

Service is very poor.....I requested a color match for a General Paint Product and was rudely told that it would be 2 hours as the color match person was not in until 11:00AM (it was after 11:00). I said that I would appreciate getting it ASAP. I asked if they could call me when the 2 gallons at $80.00 were ready and again was rudely told that they would. When I called more than 4 hours later, another staff member without any apology told me it was ready and that they were too busy to call me. I am painting a whole house which is a lot for me but I got the feeling that they prefer dealing with
