Incorporated in 1980, Blue-Con Excavating began business as an Underground Service Contractor. Starting off with a few rented pieces of construction equipment, the company grew steadily over the years. The rented equipment soon turned into purchases currently comprised of a fleet of modern equipment.
Underground servicing of small commercial developments made way to larger commercial developments as well as new residential subdivisions. Matt began his career with Blue-Con in the early 80's, learning the business from the ground up. Matt became President of Blue-Con Excavating and it's affiliated companies in 1996 and along with his sister Elly, they further developed Blue-Con as a leading Deep Utilities Contractor in the City of Calgary.

We have access to a great team of subcontractors that work well together, fostering a healthy environment to construct your project.
Applicants must possess experience in sewer and water installations and a solid understanding of safe work practices and procedures.
