I was told 3 weeks from the time my yard was measured. I removed my entire existing fence. Then was told 6 days later it will be 8 weeks when I went in person to get printed copies of my quote. He said he didn't have time to photocopy my quote which I needed to give to my neighbors. To drive back later. What kind of business cant even give you a photocopy?
I was lied to by Salesman Jim Thatchuk. Honesty in business is important. I'm so thankful that I did not sign a contract with this company. Horrible dishonest service. Who wants to go all summer with no fence?
