Sandra Maynard is a senior law clerk with over 35 years experience and specializes in the areas of Real Estate. Sandra is graduate of Sheridan College and the Institute of Law Clerks Ontario. She began working as a law clerk specializing in mortgage remedies, and eventually branched out into general real estate.
Richard T. Howitt is the founder of the firm and has been a respected lawyer and staple of the community in Georgetown since 1973. After graduating from Osgoode Hall Law School, Dick began his legal career with a Toronto law firm that specialized in litigation. After 9 years of practicing law in Toronto, and one year in London England with Norton Rose, a large firm of solicitors, Dick moved to Georgetown and began practicing there.

Unfortunately, I am going to have to change my review, however, it is in no way related to Richard Howitt but rather the people that have taken over the firm since his retirement. I referred someone for a real estate transaction and it was a terrible experience for them. Errors, constant follow up, made to feel like they were a burden, and just overall an unpleasant experience. I even went so far as to call the principle and left a message and I never received a call back. I will not refer this firm to anyone again. I really hope they make some meaningful changes as I know Mr. Howitt would be very

Would NOT recommend this firm. Information by the senior law clerk was inaccurate. They were late closing my mortgage deal. I was quoted a price for a simple mortgage deal and was billed over $600 more!! I could have got the same service for over $600 less. Must be COVID inflated prices at this firm.

I would HIGHLY recommend this law firm. They are easy to work with, very accommodating and make the whole process easy and seamless. We had out wills drafted here for the first time. They were very helpful with explaining every little question.
We also used this law firm when we purchased our home a few years ago. Again - amazing to work with!!!!!!
