I called Guy's about having some marks in the Gelcoat of my boat.
I brought it in and spoke with Nello, he was very professional and showed me the spots that would be priority. I gave him my budget and the team fixed it so well i dont even know any of the spots were anymore. Then they said they would do some detailing and now the boat looks better then iv ever seen it. I would go back anytime!

Besides the most professional shop I've ever seen these guys always give the best service. Trvehicles always cleaned inside and out even when I get it back.

Was driving through on my way to a travel assignment at the other end of the country.
I hit a bear just outside of Thunder Bay. Made it to the Sault.
Phoned these guys to see if they would squeeze me in for a check up to see if my car was safe and drivable for long distances.
They squeezed me in right away. Were so kind and caring and considering.
HIGHLY recommend!!! great service.

I have had my vehicles repaired at many shops through the years but none of them have come close to meeting the excellent service I have received from Guy's. The workmanship was by far the best and all of the staff were very pleasant to deal with. Guy's went out of their way to ensure that my needs were met in a timely professional manner. They will have my continued support if I ever need work done on my vehicles in the future.

I have had the pleasure in dealing with Dennis, Nello and Rob for years at Guy's B&R Collision Centre. They just get better with time! All three gentlemen make you feel like that you are important and they truly care that the customer is taken care of.
