The story of AccuServ began in 1989 as a small family business, AccuFix, that serviced home appliances in East York, Toronto. Richard and Rosalie Memije, a husband and wife partnership, would serve East York residents by fixing their malfunctioning appliances and supplying and installing new ones. Their son, James Memije, born and raised in East York, would often work in the shop, learning the skill of fixing appliances.
As time went on, James grew up and began to play a more active role in his parents' business, increasing its scope to include HVAC servicing. As the years passed, with James' leadership and business acumen, the HVAC branch of the business expanded significantly. In 2012, James made the move to rebrand the HVAC branch of the business into AccuServ.

This company is excellent. If it were out of 100 they would get 95%. Flexibility and customer service top notch. Repair service thorough and competent. The only problem i had was being charged 2 service calls for one visit. However, given the amount of time spent investigating and completing the services required, it was not too much to pay.
It is worth noting that all of the major heating appliance firms do the same or worse.

AccuServ Heating is amazing. I've used them 3 times now and each time the service person has been professional, so knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. Their turn around time from the call to their office to a person at your home is excellent; and, their pricing is very good. They also follow all covid protocols so no need to worry about having them in your home.

This company was simply a life saver! Our furnace stopped working and needed replacing. Within an hour of calling them, they had someone come out to look at the issue and take all the necessary steps to enable their team to come the next morning to install a new furnace. They brought space heaters for the night so we were comfortable until… morning. The install was so fast and smooth. They were so protective of my home and covered the floors to guarantee no damage while removing the old furnace and bringing in the new one. The installer’s were such a pleasure to deal with. Once we decided to work with AccuServ, they visited again to review the job - this helped a lot. The quote was accurate and the price was the most competitive from our local search.
The job took about 9 hours. They were clean and organized and left our space in better condition than they found it. The job went smoothly and as planned. After they made sure our radiators worked and answered our questions

I had servicepeople from Accuserv come in a few years back and once recently. At both times, I was impressed by the work. They were friendly, polite and professional. They explained what they were doing clearly and offered advice on how to keep our air passages functioning optimally. I did not get the feeling that they were doing something that I didn't understand. One of the two persons fixed a problem with the construction of our furnace at no extra charge.

Great company. I had my furnace break down/need to be replaced. Enbridge said they could come take a look in about a week... these guys came in 3 hours after I called them, and had a new furnace a few days later.
Even after the service was done and I paid, I had a few follow up questions. Vlad (I believe the Owner or Manager) was very helpful, and took the time to help guide me in the right direction even after his work was done. Highly recommend.

I had a new furnace installed last year and was impressed with that experience - courteous staff, careful consideration of all solutions, involving me in the decisions, etc. What's also impressive are follow up calls I've had to check a few things and their response to them - always fast and professional. Today Alex was here for my annual tune up… and to deal with a super annoying high pitched whistle in my vents. He solved that quickly and was very professional, respectful of the space and answered all my questions along the way. He and the other staff in the past year clearly take a lot

Called it in for a quote, sales rep is professional about the work. However, their price quote is on average 700-1000 higher than the competitors depends on their models. Don't take me wrong, this company might be able to do things right, at what cost? 75 Gallon water heater before tax 3600( Johnwood PV water heater 75 G) compare to competitor quote 2295.00 for similar brand including bypass valve( Rheem PRO+G75S75NCN57) price included installation. If you want DIY for the same tank Lowes has GSW( basically same brand as Johnwood) for 1200-1300 then plus 350 standard installation. The tankless

They are great. Our A/C was acting up during this heat wave. I noticed some water on the floor in the basement. So I turned it off and called them right at 8 am.
I spoke with a very nice gal who said while they were quite booked up, they were going to try to get someone to call me and see me that same day. A little while later I received a call from the technician, who said that he was going to be in my area in a couple of hours on a different call and would definitely try to stop in. He agreed he would call us to give

Very satisfied with the service! We had Nick visit our home because our central air unit was leaking water when the A/C was on and he was friendly, professional and very knowledgable. The most comforting part is that he really cared and genuinely was interested in getting the job done right. I have been meaning to write this review for a while. I hired accuserve when my business had hot water issues. My business is in a very old building with very low water pressure. Aaron installed two navien instant hot water tanks which were supplying never-ending hot water. unfortunately due to the low pressure in the old building and a hair salon running upto 8 sinks at a time we were experiencing fluctuations in temperature.
