I was born and raised in Moose Jaw, and moved to Regina in 2016 for post-secondary schooling. I attended the Western College of Remedial Massage Therapy and earned my diploma in June of 2018. After graduating, I returned to Moose Jaw to build my massage therapy practice. I'm very excited to be starting this new direction in my career and I'm eager to begin working with you!
Being a massage therapist has always been my dream. In fact if you ask my family, they'll tell you I've been talking about it since I was small. I'm never truly sure what the draw was for me, but since beginning school and learning more about this profession, I've never been more sure that this is what I was meant to do!

Cupping therapy can be traced back to both ancient Chinese and Egyptian therapies. Initially, animal horns and bamboo were used, and later the method was adapted to use glass globes. The glass globes are still used today in a method known as "fire cupping". While the ancient techniques purpose was to open up blocked channels in the body so that "chi" could flow properly, modern day cupping is focused on releasing adhesions in soft tissue.
