If there's a ZERO RATING- that i would RATE SPARKLE AUTO DETAIL in Saskatoon! Dog hair STILL UNDER MY CAR CARPET- which I told Jim the owner: was my MAIN PRIORITY!Aircon vent DUSTY, underneath CAR SEATS were dog hair still and dust. Though he did a good job in washing my seat upholstery. Thanks anyway- SHALL NOT RECOMMEND YOUR SHOP AT ALL.

We booked appoinment a week ahead. My husband called him a day before to make sure and he still said yes. But when i brought the car early on Wesnesday morning he said he couldn't finish until the weekend. I was made and asked him how come he didn't tell my husband yesterday. He just said sorry . Very disapointed.

After driving in from an acreage 45 minutes from Saskatoon and coordinating another vehicle to pick up me and my son from the detail place to drop off the vehicle the night prior to, we receive a phone call 20 minutes later (after getting across Saskatoon) that our vehicle was in worse shape than we he thought and he wouldn't have time to do it and to come and pick it up.

When I dropped off my SUV in the morning the staff or owner (unsure) told me it would be done in 5 hours. He called to let me know it was done at the 5 hour mark. When I arrived I checked it over, I pointed out numerous things that were missed or only half done. Took my vehicle here for the first time. The fellow was very friendly and accommodating however the quality of the detailing was poor. The windows were streaked, dust and dirt still on the floors. I have a new vehicle which is kept clean so it wasn't that tough of a job. I ended up cleaning it myself.

I was definitely expecting a well-done and thorough service as I brought my vehicle to the shop in a pretty maintained appearance. I just wanted detailing because I wanted to perfect it. Though I know that it is not possible, I still had high hopes that the dust/dirt particles on the corners of the seats would at least be removed, but when I inspected my vehicle, it was still there and it was like nothing was done to it. The actual cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, etc. was poorly done, but at least the dashboard was polished and was blackened. When they washed the seats, there were still some dirt

They didn't plan enough time for my vehicle so after planning a trip into Saskatoon (45mins from location) and coordinating my husband to leave his work early and packing up my toddler. We head to Sparkle. After 20 minutes of driving across the city to head home we receive a phone call that the vehicle was in worse shape than he thought and he wouldn't have enough time to get it in. Worst customer service and professionalism I've ever experienced. I feel the 1 star I had to give to write this review was too much.
