Services
A: No, we are not currently making custom arrangements and bouquets on the spot. They must be pre-ordered, no exceptions. We typically have wait time of 2 hours. We strive to always have pre-made arrangements ready in store for you to choose from but this can be difficult during holiday times. A: We have curated a large selection of gift items much of which is local or Canadian made.
Simply add the desired items to your basket. During checkout you will be promoted to enter: a delivery date, the recipients name, address and phone number, and a complimentary card message. Our florists will take it from there! Once your order ships you will be notified by email. As we manually enter shipping notifications you may not receive one on busy holidays such as Valentine's Day.
Returns or exchanges of giftware must be made within 14 days at our Waterloo location. If you are unsatisfied in anyway with your flowers please let us know immediately. We cannot help remedy quality issue days after your flowers have perished. Fresh flowers and plants are a final sale. Safety during transportation(if picked up) and care of plants is the customers responsibility.

Today "designer's choice" flower bouquet from Charmed arrived as a belated birthday present for my dad's partner and the bright, colourful blooms I asked for online absolutely made her day. I purchased A-la-carte items for my wedding in November and I cannot even begin to describe how happy I was seeing the flowers. The floral designs and colour combinations were an absolute dream. We had a fantastic experience with Haley and Charmed Flowers for our wedding! Haley was great to work with to set up and organize everything for the day. So for valentines day this year, I received a delivery from Charmed Flowers, however, they delivered the wrong product (a product that was almost $100 less than the one ordered). So after I became aware that it was the wrong product, I called them and let them know. I was kinda upset because if I hadn't contacted the sender, we would have gotten a product that was less than what we paid for. However, I understood that it was a busy time for them and they also did call to explain and admitted their mistake. First time ordering from Charmed and couldn't be happier! I ordered the Monet's Garden arrangement for my sister who needed the pick-me-up and she loved them! She said they're the most beautiful flowers she's ever seen and they're making her room smell amazing. Customer service was excellent, I had a lot of questions about gift options and their ability to deliver to an apartment and Charmed worked their magic seamlessly. Highly recommended.

I live in Toronto and a close friend recently purchased her first home in Cambridge. I searched for local florists and Charmed Flowers had good reviews, and I appreciate their unique and original arrangements (instead of the "standard" arrangements from the big companies that are the same on many other websites) - I was specifically looking for something special!
