We used OTBx Air for some product photography of a new line we are introducing and they were amazing. The entire experience was very professional. I hired OTBx Photography for a weekend shoot in an uptown condo. They were right on time. Made a few well chosen edits and did great job. Very pleasant and professional. The support team has been amazing! They troubleshoot problems with great willingness and timeliness. Good customer service is not easy to find, and being available anytime to respond to urgent emails has been pivotal for us.
The quality of their photos and videos are superior, with the variety of shots taken, it makes selection for the site much easier. The wide selection of music enables them to capture the mood you describe in your instructions, and if they don't get it right the first time, they are willing to fix it.

OTBxAir is my go to for my Real Estate listings. The quality of the photos and video speak for themselves. What really separates this company is the customer service. I recently had an issue with the date that was scheduled for my listing photos and Crystal without even a moment of pointing a finger, as it very well could have been my fault, went into problem solving mode. She got on the phone with the team and had Ryan drop what he was doing and arrived at the property within the hour! Ryan did not rush on his work and did a great job as usual. Amazing quality and even better service!

I wanted to sing my praises for OTBx Air. They are amazing at marketing real estate including the photography, Matterport, Video with voice overs, and do such an amazing job with drone video and aerial pictures to help best capture a great feel for the neighbourhood highlights.
