Best service around!🤩 Big thanks to Rod and Terry, always there when I need them to fix my power chair. I send it in creaking and falling apart (not running as smooth as it should). Every time I get them to pick it up, it comes back fast and like new. Amazing!! And on top of such great service, they are so caring and pleasant to talk to. I'm keeping them!! 😀Thanks again guys!

We had bought walkers from here before and had no issues. Great customer service.
We had Shawn at our home today installing our stairlift for our mom. Kind man. So respectful to my mom in showing her the lift. Installed grab bars for her.
Rick came out before for a quote for the StairLift. Down to earth man and you can tell he was knowledgeable for the products.

The sale associate doesn't pick up the phone or return phone call once the sell went through. The reason I chose this company (there are many competitors out there and eco medical's quote provided is actually higher than other company) is because the sale associate was very helpful before the sell went through and seems like a responsible and caring person. But that changed once the sell went through.

I recently went to Eco-Medical when the adjustable headrest on my father's wheelchair had broken. The staff was very helpful, and pulled out all the stops to find a solution. I'd also like to single out Deanna for going above and beyond, not only in getting the headrest repaired quickly, but for free as well! I've never seen the team at a retail outlet look after its customers this well; thank you!
