Since 1980 Sussex Excavators (2010) Ltd has been your source for all of your excavation and directional drilling needs. With 4 different horizontal drills we can handle projects both large and small. Whether your project is a river crossing or an expensive landscaping repair in a congested subdivision installation, we will have your project done on time and on budget.
Environmental issues are of great importance in today's world. Horizontal boring (directional drilling) has provided us with the opportunity to provide our customers with another option to pipe installation. We deal with various types of installation using up to 32 HDPE pipe. Directional drilling helps to reduce many issues that can arise when digging.
Sussex Excavators (2010) Ltd in Sussex also provides pipe fusion services. Pipe (butt) fusion is a process used to join two different pieces of thermoplastic pipe (fusible PVC & HDPE) or fittings (bends & tees). This process involves heating both pieces simultaneously and pressing them together. The two pieces then cool together and form a permanent bond.
