I reached out to UHC to help rectify a humidity issue that i was experiencing in a home i recently purchased. Due to my out of town work, and the pandemic, scheduling was a bit of an issue on MY side of the arrangement. Steve and his team were extremely accommodating, communicated well and were patient with my constant need to reschedule. I couldn't have asked for a better group to arrange an appointment with.
When my schedule finally permitted Steve and one of his colleagues to come take a look at my home, i was more than impressed. He and his colleague spent a good two hours checking and re

READ ALL THE REVIEWS!!! I sure wish we did. Grandview Homes/United Homes is the worst homebuider I have ever dealt with in my life. Everyone goes into building a home knowing it will have some bumps along the way but it’s the builder’s response to those things that determines what kind of company they are. Design process was painful even with buying a show home off the lot. Order out your own services, you’ll save piles of money and have less pain. Once ink on final cheque dried and we were no longer of use service went downhill rapidly. Concerns were not addressed in a timely manner and

Without Bias, but if you are in the market to buy a new home, make United Homes Canada your first stop on that Journey!!! A locally owned and operated business with locations in Airdrie as well as Red Deer selling quality homes, backed with above industry average servicing and accomodation. A very helpful and friendly staff will happily answer any inquiries you may have. Ok well I guess that does sound a little bias, but every word is the honest to god's truth!!!

We purchased our home from United last year and our inlaws purchased theirs this year. We are all very happy with the team at United and their promptness to address any concerns. Both homes are beautiful, and (after our first winter) warm! I look forward to doing business with United again in the future.

Having spent many years in the "Site Built Industry", I had no idea how far "Factory Built Homes" had come until I came to work at United Homes Canada. All i could say was: "WOW"! What an eye-opener! These structures are absolutely no longer referred to as trailers and have earned a new and respected reputation of being known as: "HOMES… that are modular and manufactured";
All of these homes are built in a "climate controlled environment" and follow stringent building practices. They are thought to even be "greener" than those built on-site.
if you don't see the exact home that you are looking

For the past year ,I have been working closely with United Homes Canada and Grandview Modular Homes as a marketing consultant. It is a constant focus of the owner and managers to improve their business and customer service. My interactions with their team have been all about how we can improve their customers’ experience. I personally have witnessed the team go over and above to ensure their customers are looked after. I would most definitely purchase a home from these companies.

Warranty items do appear to be a BIG issue with United Homes-90 to 120 days follow up. The homes are beautiful and functional, however my home has an exterior front door that leaked prior to delivery (water marks on the floor). United Homes is not willing to replace the front exterior door ASAP despite it leaking so heavily during this last storm… from the glass and bottom portion of the door (witnessed by one of their onsite people) that its questionable if there is damage to the front entrance? By code, two entrances are to be maintained to have access and egress. If you buy from them
