If you notice in this picture the way the shingles are beginning to lift at the edges this usually happens with age and when the shingles are drying out this is one of the first things that happens. In this picture you will notice how the granules are falling off of the shingles, from the ground this could look like dark patches on your roof and you may notice excessive granules in your eavestrough and at your downspout discharge.

Went above and beyond to find the shingles I wanted at a good price, even though it was a special order colour. Extremely good customer service, prompt response to address my concerns regarding a small leak that was actually NOT their problem at all and corrected the problem at no charge. Would definitely recommend as a roofter!
