I purchased a quartz countertop from Walden's last year for approximately $5000. When their fabricator installed the countertop, they also installed my undermount sink. Yesterday the sink fell away from the countertop. I placed a call this morning to Walden's at 10:00 am this morning and was told that I would receive a call back. As I did not recieve a call by 2:20 pm, I called back and the person who answered from Walden's could have not cared less that I had not received a call. He said that I would receive a call from the fabricator, maybe this week maybe next, but since it wasn't his problem

We just had our kitchen installed and are thrilled with it. From start to finish, our experience with Walden's was incredible. Ken and Kacey were extremely helpful with choosing the cupboards and countertops that were best suited for our space. The 3D rendering was perfect and really helped us to visualize what our space would look like. They answered all of our questions through email quickly and communicated every detail with us. The install was quick and precise and the end result is absolutely stunning. I would highly recommend Walden's for their excellent service and professionalism.
