The guys were very punctual on the time. They were very polite and they knew what they were doing. The first guy ordered the part and said that it could be 10 or days before it got here and it was here in 4 days. The second guy did have a little problem because it was tight fitting but he got the job done and he cleaned up the mess. I was impressed very polite people

Very responsive on the phone and efficient at scheduling. They are very busy however so don’t delay in calling them. I suspect they are this busy because they are so good at what they did. My brand new Samsung Refrigerator took three calls to fully fix, but Shaughnessy never gave up until it was repaired to my satisfaction. I would definitely go to them again with appliance repairs.

Our gas range broke down just over 2 weeks ago. We had to use Shaughnessy as they’re the company our stove manufacturer contracts. Unfortunately between getting appointments and parts, it took until today to have someone fix the range. I thought great, finally, we’ll have a stove. Wrong. The tech says it “slipped his mind” to tell me I’ll have to have a gas plumber back to re-connect the stove after they disconnected it to do the repair. Fine. But we’ve known what part needed replacing for over a week. Best part, they only told me at 430PM on a Friday. So, still
