The Concrete Floor Contractors Association was founded in Toronto in 1971 as a not-for-profit organization of quality leading concrete floor trade contractors and their major materials suppliers. Almost 50 years later, The Concrete Floor Contractors Association of Canada continues its work as the focal point for "concrete floor" industry concerns.

For 50 years, members of the Concrete Floor Contractors Association have defined the highest standards of quality in the concrete floor industry. Our members have installed hundreds of millions of square feet of concrete floors for commercial, industrial & institutional users around the World. Our members have invented and introduced many advanced concrete floor technologies to the Canadian construction industry too.
The CFCA is pleased to publish a Specifiers Guide to Interior Concrete Floors for your professional consideration. The CFCA provides complimentary technical assistance to owners and designers of concrete floors to help avoid problems and promote good quality solutions. It is our sincere desire to construct good quality concrete floors that both are durable and sustainable in nature (thank you for your consideration).
The CFCA is pleased to offer complimentary seminars to specifiers on the latest in concrete floor technology and finishes. Presentations can be arranged from 1 to 3 hours in length on a variety of topics including: pre-construction meetings, concrete mixes for floors, steel fibres, slab design, CSA A23.1, F-Number floor tolerances, surface hardeners, architectural finishes, floor joints, surface treatments, and problem avoidance.
The CFCA is pleased to announce the formation of The Concrete Floor College, the role of which is to create opportunities for knowledge transfer across Ontario. The CFCA is committed to transferring state-of-the-art information to specifiers on all aspects of concrete flooring technology.
