Many thanks for the great service, fast response and your guys were excellent to take the time to explain the work they did and offered me tips on easy maintenance I can do to keep things working great. My water heater broke last night so I called first thing today and you had 2 guys out here after lunch.

As a women with 2 kids you have no idea how much I appreciated such fast service! Not only did your men leave my basement floor much cleaner then when they arrived they also fixed my leaking faucet. Called them when my well pump kicked out, they never called me back unfortunately, date was Dec 12 after a power outage. It was a Sunday and I left a long detailed message on the machine.

Wow! I don't think I've ever been so impressed with a company. I'm writing this promptly after service.
My fiance and I are first time home buyers and not well versed with plumbing. We came home to a pool of water in our basement and panicked a little. I placed a call at 3:50pm and although they were getting ready to close up shop, the guys showed up at 4:30pm as they were able to squeeze us in on the way to another job. They had the leak under control in less than 20 minutes.
I can't tell you how appreciative we are. I won't use anyone else going forward. Thank you!!

I had Randle Plumbing do a whole house rough-in recently. They are a great company to deal with - delivered on every promise. They are very professional and the finished product shows it. John and Andrew were always on time, worked efficiently and never left a mess behind. Great value for my money and would definitely hire them again!

I used Randle Plumbing for a full new construction install in Cobourg in 2016. The service and quality of install was excellent. They did my rough in, faucet, fixtures, toilets, water softener, etc. They were punctual and courteous. Recommended.
