The real estate market and the business of real estate are constantly evolving and after 23 years working for major franchise companies, Marian, finally, took the leap of faith to build Home & Company Real Estate. Since 2009, Julie has been selling semis to sidesplits, condos to country estates and townhouses to triplexes. Julie built a solid foundation for her real estate career working alongside her mother, Mary Dingman, a name long synonymous with real estate excellence in Stratford.
Prior to being gently persuaded to join her mother in real estate, Julie had an eight year adventure in the television business, working in Los Angeles and Toronto for FOX, ABC, HBO and CTV.Julie has been schooled in the art of collaboration, communication and commitment, which translates into a smooth and engaged real estate experience for all of her clients.

I have been a full time Residential Realtor for over 30 years, and I continue to be committed to my work and I love what I do. From the beginning, I've found real estate sales to be a rewarding career, mostly because I truly love architecture and design, and also because of the exciting challenge of matching up needs and opportunity, while working with extraordinarily fine and interesting people of diverse backgrounds and experiences.
Gerrad made the move to Stratford in 2013 and it was one of the best things he ever did. Growing up on his farm near Wawanesa, Manitoba taught him that friends, family, and community are everything, and this thriving community has made him proud to call this city home. He continues to co-own and help operate his family farm as his roots are and always will be a huge part of who he is.
I am privileged to be the third generation of real estate professionals in my family, following my mother and grandmother. After completing the Ontario Real Estate Association College program, I began working alongside my mum, Susan, a Realtor with over 30 years experience. Three years later, we welcomed my sister-in-law Toni to the Home and Company team.

It was in 2017 I first met Janet Lange and she emailed me a quote of my houses worth at that time. I was unsure when I was going to sell but as it turned out my name came up quicker than anyone thought for an apartment across town. Janet listened to my needs and wants, and very carefully I might add. As my home sold for not just more than asking but more that I was hoping for. She was there answering any question and if the question could not be answered she made sure I got the answer in a quick fashion. The team that was hired for the staging was unbelievable and very polite as well. I would recommend
