Brad Chmarney and Mike Cavanagh opened the doors of Medicine Chest Pharmasave, as the new owners in 2011. With over 40 years of combined pharmacy experience, they have focused on developing a full-service pharmacy for the Bowmanville, Ontario community. I have been a friend/client of Medicine Chest Pharmasave for many years! This is a first class pharmacy who treat all of their customers with a genuine, caring attitude. I received a prescrition from a doctor at Bowmanville ER. Took it to Medicine Chest for processing.
I received a call from Brad (Pharmacist) that I was allergic to the prescribed medication.
We have been dealing with Medicine Chest for 20+ years. We have tried another "large" drug store but returned for the reason above. We have always been treated with kindness, respect and feel our health is in the best possible hands.

Hands down the best pharmacy experience I’ve had to date. Friendly, compassionate staff. I went in unknowingly 10 minutes before closing and they were so kind and courteous. Brad and Mike are the best pharmacist's ever, they treat everyone with the utmost respect, care and feel more like friends! The entire staff are just as amazing and attend/help everyone as if you've known one another for years.

I have just met the most compassionate caring pharmacist who gets that every customer really is different and has certain needs. We are so appreciative of his excellence in customer service and professionalism. I am so lucky I found this pharmacy, made this dad a very happy guy knowing his little girl will be starting to feel better real soon. To boot I got my glue shot done :) win win.
