CAA sent Owen Sound towing out to me when my SUV crapped out. Response time was really good, about 40 minutes despite being the coldest day of the year so far. Operator Kelly was fantastic to deal with. I would not hesitate to use them again!

CAA said would be an hour, Brandon was with with me in six minutes. Had me jump started and ready to go very quickly, which was especially good as it started to snow. Excellent service, Brandon gets my vote! and thank you CAA

I was 200+ km away from home when my transmission failed. CAA sent Owen Sound Towing & Service to help me with towing my car back home. My experience was invaluable as I dealt with Brandon who was extremely professional and focused on putting my mind at ease. Not only did he arrive on time; he took all measures to ensure a safe transportation. Best of all was his personable demeanour which made it all seem less daunting. What a great company and fantastic professional to deal with! Highly recommended!

Today Brandon from Owen Sound towing rescued my stalled out vehicle from the roadside. He was quick,very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this towing company, especially this driver.

The two occasions that l've needed service , l had the good fortune to have had the same driver " Brent " , who'd taken all the necessary precautions to strap my motorcycle securely onto the flatbed and provided excellent customer service . He was courteous and forthright in his communication during our brief initial contact , confirming my location and estimated ETA . I wouldn't hesitate to call them again for service or tow .

Horrible customer service. Called at 4pm needing a battery boost. Was told 10 to 15 minute wait. After 40 minutes I called for an ETA and was told the driver will call me. Waited another 15 minutes and called Stewart's in Owen Sound who came in 10 minutes. We had a newborn baby in the car and waited over an hour in a cold car. 100% do not recommend!!!

They were dispatched through CAA. They arrived 15 minutes early and the driver " Brent " was fantastic . He took his time and was very careful not to scratch my vehicle. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who asks.

Driver took his time arriving, gave automotive advice stateing the transmission doesn't need to come out of the classic car he came to pick up that went while driving (which is impossible to do, ask any mechanic), and also said he was going straight to the shop we told him to take the car, which was 6km away. We waitied outside the shop for over 20 minutes and the driver did not yet arrived. Poor quality of business.

Car broke down on the way back from Sauble Beach. Dispatch was very friendly, reassuring, and efficient. Truck came very quickly. The driver was great and wonderful with my son!! I was very impressed with the service and he even offered to wait with me until my husband showed up. I would highly recommend.

Owen Sound Towing & Service responded to a call for service that I placed with CAA. They arrived in about 40 minutes and did a great job of pulling my friend's car out of a field. The driver was very obliging and courteous. Unfortunately there was some bumper skirt damage due to ice crust on top of the snow. This company was absolutely fantastic about standing behind their work and did not hesitate to make things right. They have been a pleasure to deal with!!!
