The HugoMark Group is a private entity, first formed in 1989 as an equal partnership of three Dellandrea brothers – Mark, Tom and Matthew and named The MTM Group. In 2001, Mark began buying the positions of the other two brothers, a process completed during 2004. The HugoMark Group is now controlled by Mark Dellandrea and family.
During 2005, the company was renamed The HugoMark Group. Mark is a founder and President of HugoMark. He is responsible for establishing the strategic direction of the company, reviewing all project activities, managing relationships with the key company customers and managing and coaching staff. Mark has been at HugoMark since its inception in 1989.

Public sector clients include the Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources, the Ontario Ministry of Transportation, and many Ontario municipalities, including Toronto, Sudbury, Halton, Mississauga, Cambridge, York, and Guelph. Corporate customers include Acres International, Falconbridge Limited, Inco Limited, Canadian Pacific Railways, E.B. Eddy and Bell Canada.
HugoMark has the business expertise and experience to solve the design and remediation issues faced by its government and industrial customers who require complex civil and specialty engineering and construction solutions. This involves construction and remediation of bridges and dams and installation of sewer and watermain services.
