My family van was towed to Chadwick's after it was taken without my permission and involved in an accident. I went to assess the damage done to the vehicle and was given a bill that was $213.00 more than I was informed over the phone, prior to coming in. The owner said the first quote was staff error, though would not honour that quote. He then proceeded to ask who was paying the bill (not urgent as the car was impounded for 7 days and this was day 1). I told him I wasn't sure but would not be able to do so myself, due to being a single parent to three children. His tone was arrogant and insensitive

Not impressed at all. Had pulled in with a broken axle on our trailer and the head mechanic told us it would be ready in a day or two. Well after 3 days of our trailer sitting in their yard with nothing being done on it we decided to have it towed to another garage. We then paid a bill of $ 998. 25 to Chadwick's for what took the other garage 30 mins to do. I guess this garage thinks that when a customer is in need of service they drain the pockets of the 👎👎👎👎
