Georgian Bay Sanitation Inc. was established in 1968 by Alfred Bidan. Alfred and his wife, Anita, owned and operated the business for 17 years. They provided a variety of services including septic and holding tank pumping and snow removal. Anita also supplied customers with all their pipe and plumbing necessities.

In 1985, Alfred sold the septic and snow removal business to his eldest daughter, Doris, and her husband, Martin Robillard. Martin and Doris continued to provide their customers with the same small-town, hard-working motto, "Quality Work at Affordable Prices." Martin continued to provide customers with all their sanitation needs in Tiny Township and surrounding areas.

Positive: Professionalism, Responsiveness, Value
Evan came today to pump out my cottage septic system tanks. I am at the bottom of a very steep and narrow driveway with utility wires hanging low over the driveway. He very carefully and skillfully backed the giant pump-out truck down the hill with no problems. Thanks to Evan and Georgian Bay Sanitation. See you next year.

Their business is to just come and pump the tank and that's it. They will report on decay but won't tell you were it is, or what needs to be addressed. I am not sure what use one would have of knowing there is decay somewhere without knowing where it is or how serious it is. Despite my repeated requests on where the decay has been observed and just how serious it is, they won't tell me. I don't understand how someone can run their business like this.

I called this company to come out and take a look at my septic as it had backed up into my house. I called this company because the previous homeowners had left a receipt from this company so I knew they had been here before.
He came out and was here for maximum 10 minutes as he couldn't get the lid undone and he left telling me to call a plumber.
Now almost a month later I get a invoice and receipt from the company for $75 plus tax.
Of course I understand having to pay for someone to come out but I did not expect to pay for a full service call when he literally didn't even undo the top of my

Repeatedly terrible and vulgar service. Last week the lady arrived to pump our rented portable toilet and decided to drive across the lawn. She got stuck, leaving 14" ruts from spinning her tires, then proceeded to curse and scream in front of a number of children for some time. Finally she was towed out, but left without completing the service. The following week she came back and, without consulting us, moved the toilet from the place it has occupied for 30 years into one of our parking spots. The new spot is right outside a bedroom window, in full sun.
