We had a terrible experience with Wendy today. We had to call 5 times before we were able to reach her. Once we did reach her she was rude and snotty. Told us after 4:30pm she was not working on an insurance policies. We had to send her the vehicle information twice and she didn't even respond to our emails. As a dealer I have dealt with Tanya's a number of times. But after today I will no longer recommend my customers there due to the ricmsk of reaching Wendy. We provide the best quality of customer service and want our customers to receive the same when we refer them to insurance places!
