Presently working with Janine to ship our large, deemed ‘snub nosed’ breed dog from Canada to Portugal. She could not be any more helpful. Responding to my many questions and concerns within the hour either by e-mail or phone. I find the negative review very disturbing and disrespectful toward a lady who has been nothing but compassionate and understanding to our needs.

Despite repeated requests and follow ups with Janine for a quote (we're traveling internationally with our pet), we've not received anything. Every time we spoke, Janine's tone was very impolite.
If this is the kind of people-skills that this company displays, I can only imagine how poor a service you they must provide when transporting pets.
Appalled by having to deal with this company. Will surely recommend anyone against it.

This review is for Janine who is helping me with pet transportation overseas. Amazing service. I've worked with other pet shippers and only ever got what felt like copy-and-pasted email correspondence from them, not much help. Working with Janine on a particularly unique situation has been much, much better! I would highly recommend to anyone looking to travel with their pets overseas.
