RIP OFF ARTISTS They did help me with A situation I had .However it was their mistake to begin with then back charged me for their mistake. Just did not seem reasonable to me.
In response to youre (typical politically correct Comment below), perhaps the best course of action would be for your business to follow up on the situation.... provide proper customer service. Instead of replying with generic banter. Not surprising at all.

We can't say enough about Jessica and her team at Givens. My husband and I have been clients for several years and have no plans of going anywhere.
