Our experience with Condos and Castles Realty was great and the service we received was above and beyond expectations. We purchased our first "home" (condo) with Paul. Rented from these landlords. Very bad experience. Never gave notice for disruptive work being done, or people needing to enter the apartment. Very passive aggressive with tenants. Once keyed into another neighbours unit with no notice. Accusatory towards tenants. All around, bad experience, would never recommend.

The worst landlords I've ever had. We had air conditioning on our lease but it never really worked. When the bit thay did work broke down the hottest weekend of summer, they never fixed it for the rest of the summer. And since it was an attic, we melted for the remaining two months.
Our dishwasher broke and they never fixed it for the last two months we lived there — I hear the current tenants still don't have one.
