Ackert Construction is very a community-orientated business, from supporting the local Chamber of Commerce, the Saugeen Shores Winterhawks, Grey-Bruce Highlander Hockey Association, Saugeen Maitland Womens Hockey, to school donations, etc. Owner Jeff Ackert is also an active Fire Captain for the Saugeen Shores Fire Department and has been with the fire department for nearly 25 years.
