After exhausting other avenues of unlocking my iPad, I was referred to Altair by a competitive repair agent. Len was able to unlock my iPad AND SAVE my data something that the online Apple desk told me not to expect...a little miracle that made my life a lot easier. People here were friendly, inquisitive and attentive and are well worth considering if you have a problem. Thanks Len. hope you make everyone as happy as you made me.

Best Apple Resource in Kingston. Mark and Len are incredible. I have been more than satisfied with all of the staff I have met here over the years.
We have a number of Apple products. I recently put my iPhone through the wash (and I wasn't going to repeat hubby's trick, ha ha). Dash to Altair - within one business day my replacement was ready to come home. Luckily I had extended insurance on this one.
Today we stopped by to order some home security equipment that will be compatible with our Apple products and within minutes Mark was able to determine our requirements and process our order. Not

I brought my iPhone 6 in for a repair on warranty. I was worried about being without my phone for a few days and considering driving it to an Apple store in Toronto. Altair took my phone and called me within an hour and a half with a replacement. The replacement was charged and ready to go. He even left the plastic screen protector on so It would be protected on the drive home. Amazing service. So happy and very impressed.

I found this place on the web as the only other Mac dealer in my area. Took my macbook (see my review on Home Computer) there to see if it could be fixed. Lovely John there basically told me that is was not worth 5cents. He was VERY informative and nice. Picking up my refurbed macbookpro tomorrow. Will update then . Very very happy with this place so far!!!
