As the governing body for organized hockey in the Province of Prince Edward Island, Hockey PEI's main purpose is to foster, promote, develop, supervise, regulate and govern the sport of amateur hockey. We encourage competition on both a competitive and recreational level for those who enjoy hockey for the sportsmanship, skill, and enjoyment it can provide.

Formed in 1975, Hockey PEI operates under the democratic council system whereby all members have a voice in the operation of the provincial body through their respective councils. Hockey PEI is a member of Hockey Canada and as such takes an active part in setting national policy.

Blatantly allows rasicim to be in the game with minimal punishment followed by suspending a player indefinitely for calling them out

The PEI Hockey Board must read an article by Jose' Medina called (Ignorance and Racial Insensitivity) and unsuspend and apologize to Keegan Mitchell and apologize to everyone else involved.

Some refs don't know what they are doing and don't even call bad calls their is this blonde lady and she is the best anyways i love hockey and i play for A peewee female and there are some bad refs but they need to fix some things up but there is some nice ones

They gave me a four game suspension for roughing after the whistle, ultimately ending my minor hockey career. My grandmother was so upset she died of a broken heart. Hockey PEI didn't even apologize for allowing my grandmother to die. If you live in PEI, I recommend playing baseball instead.
