I'm SO happy with the customer service that I was given! I ordered some blankets and washed them together and one of them ended up pilling! The manufacturer would not back their product (which they should have) No mama has time to wash her different kinds of blankets separately! But Susana sent me a new blanket at her own expense. I really appreciate her incredible customer service and making it right!! I'll be back for sure to shop more for this baby!

Anyone would be thrilled to get one of their baskets as a gift! I have been lucky enough to give and to receive baskets/items from BBB and they go above and beyond every time - their customer service is impeccable and greatly appreciated (especially by this new mama). Susana and the team at Bonjour Baby Baskets are so wonderful! You can tell that they are really invested in what they do.
